Our project management and construction are involved in every project from the very beginning, bring their expertise to the construction of the project. They ensure the feasibility and function while maintain our design intent whether we are building a multi-million dollar luxury residence, commercial retail spaces or custom homes.
The goal of our interdisciplinary design to ensure the our design translates into the construction, resulting in 100% satisfaction for our clients and our awarding winning projects.
President, Francesco Di Sarra had graduated from Carleton University with his Bachelor of Architecture Degree and had worked for various firms throughout the GTA. In 2002, he decided to begin his own renovation company. His brother, Anthony Di Sarra, had extensive experience in construction so they decided to go into partnership and began Capoferro they haven’t looked back since.

Their beginnings were simple; they set up an office in a garage, bought a small pick-up truck and began working almost immediately. It was mainly small projects at first, basements, landscaping and additions. That quickly grew into large additions, renovations and custom homes. It didn’t take long before they began hiring staff and purchased an office building. 10 years later Capoferro is a bustling office with a staff of 12 and growing.
What sets us apart from most design build offices is that we have always offered design, construction and project management services to clients. We have an in house design team, interior design, field crew and project management staff. It’s a full service, one stop shop for our clients.

Francesco has received numerous awards for his designs over the years and has been published in Style at Home Magazine, Money Sense and Toronto Home Magazine. He is an accredited member of many associations including BILD, Tarion Home Warranty and is Entergy Star certified.
Anthony Di Sarra
Vice President and Site Foreman
Anthony, Vice President and Site Foreman at Capoferro. Anthony has extensive experience in construction and has been involved in the construction and management of our projects since 2004. Anthony has spearheaded our safety program and is a qualified and CSAO certified safety representative.
Brenda Di Sarra
Project Coordinator, Realtor
Brenda works closely with our Project Managers to coordinate all our project budgets and timelines. Her extensive experience in Project Management and her extpersie in real estate is an asset to our company and the services we can provide to our clients.
CMA - Controller
Marie is Capoferro’s Controller, here to support the operations of the firm. She ensures that all aspects of our business are functioning properly, so we can continue to do what we love.
Anna is Capoferro’s Accounting Clerk. She manages the daily workings of the accounting and office administration. She is also proficient in the legal requirements for subcontractors, trades and WSIB.
Our field crew is made up of Carpenters, Foremans and General Labourers. This team works hard every day on site to ensure our quality, craftsmanship and timelines.
